The client was keen to replace the existing porch with something that matched the style of the property and looked more visibly attractive. As well as upgrading to an Oak Framed Porch located on solid brick walls, the porch was centralised under the first floor window rather than across the front door. This also created more space between the vertical soil and vent pipes and helps put the focus on the finished Porch. It’s the little details that matter and it makes everything look more balanced!
